A NEW DIRECTOR has been appointed to Menzies' recovery and insolvency arm.
Robert Pick, who previously worked at boutique firm Moorfields and prior to that Grant Thornton, takes the role at Menzies. He began his career at Pridie Brewster, before joining Arthur Andersen.
Pick has built up a specialism in helping to rescue distressed care homes. He also spent the last ten years managing an 84-bed care home for the elderly on behalf of an overseas investor.
Simon Underwood, managing partner at Menzies' business recovery division, said: "Robert has developed a wealth of experience that makes him a perfect fit to strengthen the team's existing expertise in the SME and OMB sectors. With this appointment, [the division] demonstrates its commitment to expanding the value and scope of our service."
