THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN of Theo Fennell is to take the luxury jewellery-maker's FD role.
Alasdair Hadden-Paton, a chartered accountant, will move around the boardroom table at Theo Fennell on 7 December.
He has more than 30 years' financial experience in the luxury goods, hotel, property investment and venture capital sectors, and is currently a non-executive at OKA Direct and Chance Entertainment.
Current FD Gavin Saunders is to step down to join a new luxury e-commerce site, GIFTLAB.com.
Rupert Hambro, chairman of Theo Fennell plc, said: "We are delighted to welcome Alasdair in his new role at Theo Fennell. He has been with the company for over three years and has a sound knowledge of the business. Given his wide-ranging experience and financial expertise, we feel he is a natural fit for the role.
"I would like to thank Gavin for his extensive work for Theo Fennell over the past 10 and a half years and we wish him the very best in his new role."
