FORMER GLAXOSMITHKLINE vice-president of finance Anne-Françoise Nesmes has joined international veterinary pharmaceuticals business Dechra Pharmaceuticals.
Nesmes has been with GSK since 1997, working in a variety of finance roles such as vice-president of finance of vaccines in Belgium and vice-president financial controller for Europe. During her time at the business, she gained experience in corporate planning, commercial finance and internal audit.
Prior to her role at GSK, Nesmes held finance roles with seals manufacturer John Crane, packaging business Tetra Pak, ADP and Caterpillar UK.
Mike Redmond, chairman of Dechra, said: "We are delighted that Anne-Françoise is joining Dechra. She is a high-calibre finance professional who also has valuable international, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and commercial experience. She will be a welcome addition to the executive team.
"I, and the rest of the board, look forward to working with Anne-Françoise to continue to progress our strategy of delivering a high-growth, cash-generative, specialist veterinary products business."
