FRP ADVISORY has recruited Bishop Fleming insolvency and restructuring partner Sam Talby in a similar role.
Bishop Fleming merged with Rabjohns two years ago and Talby has worked for the firm since April 2005. In his new role, he will be focused on the firm's south west and Wales operations.
Talby was senior administrator at Levy Gee more than 20 years ago, which became part of Numerica once he had left. However, Numerica was later broken up and sold into various firms, with Vantis one of them.
FRP Advisory was created when listed firm Vantis entered a pre-pack and partners Charles Turner, Jeremy French and Geoff Rowley led the buy-out of the majority of Vantis' insolvency arm.
Talby said: "I am really pleased to have been given the opportunity to become a member of a team of talented business recovery and insolvency professionals operating across the south west and Wales.
"Our collective skills and experience provide real differentiation from others in our field and is an exciting development and offering to the region."
