The ICAEW conference FD debate

July's annual conference of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales saw three leading FTSE-100 FDs discuss the burden of corporate governance. Taking part were Michael Queen, FD of 3i; Jonathan Symonds, CFO of AstraZeneca; and Ken Lever, FD of Tomkins. Panel chairman and Radio 4 Today presenter John Humphrys invited Ken Lever to open the debate.
