Blue-chip companies are increasingly looking outside their organisations and industry sector to recruit senior executives, according to TMP Worldwide.
Schroders has appointed Jonathan Asquith as CFO, replacing Nicholas MacAndrew, who spent 30 years with the company. Asquith joins from Barclays where he was head of UK private banking. He has experience as FD at Morgan Grenfell Group.
