Prudential group FD Philip Broadley has joined online bank egg as a non-executive director.
Broadley, a former partner at Arthur Andersen, will sit on the remuneration committee and attend board meetings.
Egg chairman Roberto Mendoza said that Broadley's 'expertise in regulatory issues' would be a valuable addition to the board.
Prudential owns 78% of egg's share capital.
