Kazia Kantor, who quit as finance director last August after just nine months when shareholders decided she was the wrong person for the job, joined a list of several other directors who received payoffs. The combined payoffs doubled the company's remuneration bill to £8.6m, reports the Times.
Former chief executive, Tim Byrne, and Mike Lee, the aviation director, both received compensation payments in excess of £1m.
