(Accountancy Age) The former finance director of Aim-listed software company Stilo has once again returned to his old position, following the resignation of Christine Moore.
Richard Alsept, who held the positions of FD and company secretary at Stilo until May 2008, returns to the company to take up both roles with immediate effect.
The move comes after the resignation of Christine Moore from the company to "pursue a new career opportunity", according to a company statement.
