Punch Taverns FD calls time
Phil Dutton will leave pub operator on 17 December
(Accountancy Age) The finance director of Punch Taverns will step down next month.
Phil Dutton will leave the board of the FTSE-100 pub operator at the company AGM on 17 December.
Dutton will officially leave the company on 31 March 2011.
Punch Taverns said it had kicked off a search for Dutton’s successor.
Ian Dyson, chief executive of Punch Taverns, said: “I would like to thank Phil for his contribution to Punch over the last three years during which time he played a key role as part of the board and management team. We wish him all the best for the future.”
