Financial Director staff, Financial Director, 30 Dec 2001

UK companies are increasingly concerned about the quality of their leadership and their ability to recruit new leaders, says Towers Perrin.

Over half (54%) of companies surveyed say they are dissatisfied with their ability to attract and retain key staff. Average turnover for middle management is 7%, according to the survey.
