CLIVE HYMAN, finance director of healthcare property developer CareCapital Group, has resigned from the company with immediate effect,
The board intends to appoint Don Baladasan as finance director subject to the completion of regulatory requirements.
Steve Wilden, a former FD of CareCapital is assisting in the completion of the 2010 annual accounts and the 2011 interim results.
No reason was given for the Hyman's departure.
