SENSOR AND electronic component manufacturer TT electronics has appointed Stephen King as independent non-executive director.
King is a non-executive and at the Weir Group plc and a non-executive of Bristow Group. He is currently finance director of Caledonia Investments and was previously FD of De La Rue and of Midlands Electricity.
He will serve on TT Electronics' audit and nominations committees and will succeed David Crowther as chairman of the company's audit committee.
