ANDREW BRACEY, chief financial officer of Ocado Group, will succeed Stephen Puckett as the CFO of recruitment consultancy Michael Page International.
He will remain at Ocado to complete the year end audit and annual report process and is expected to join Michael Page on 23 April 2012.
Bracey, who has been CFO of Ocado since 2009, was part of the executive team that led its flotation in 2010.
