POTASH development group Sirius Minerals is to appoint Jason Murray as finance director and chief financial officer.
Current CFO Andrew Lindsay will remain a consultant once Murray starts with the company in around three months.
Murray joins Sirius from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he has been the head of capital markets in Australia for the last five years.
Russell Scrimshaw, chairman of Sirius said Murray brings "outstanding credentials in fundraising across many sectors and most importantly, the mining sector."
