THE LONG-STANDING finance director of GW Pharmaceuticals is to step down from the board after ten years in the job.
David Kirk, who leaves the company on 1 June, will be company secretary and group financial controller Adam George.
George previously served as FD of Believe It Group (now 4Com), a telecommunications service provider.
