Domino's serves up new CFO

International finance executive Sean Wilkins to take over from Lee Ginsberg at Domino's Pizza

SEAN WILKINS has been lined up to take the Domino’s Pizza CFO role.

Wilkins, who has held a number of senior international finance positions, will serve as CFO designate from 18 November. Current CFO Lee Ginsberg will work alongside Wilkins until Ginsberg’s retirement at the AGM in 2014.

Wilkins most recently served as general manager (supermarkets finance) of Coles Group in Australia. He also served in finance and strategic roles across the globe for Tesco, O2, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and BT.

Lance Batchelor, chief executive, said: “I am delighted to welcome Sean to the CFO designate role and look forward to working with him to drive the Domino’s business forward across our markets. The UK and Irish businesses have so much growth ahead and with the added opportunities in Germany and Switzerland it is very exciting to have hired such a high quality CFO designate to the board.”

Domino’s, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has seen its share price fall 1.5p in this morning’s trading, to 582p – valuing the company at £966m by market cap.
