Carillion CFO takes Countrywide non-exec role
Richard Adam name non-executive director of Countrywide estate agents
CARILLION GROUP FD Richard Adam has taken a non-executive directorship with estate agency Countrywide.
Adam has spent seven years in his post with the residential, commercial, community and infrastructure developers, and will sit on Countrywide’s audit and risk committee with effect from 1 August 2014.
He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Audit in 1982. Immediately prior to joining Carillion, he was group FD of Associated British Ports Holdings.
He is also a non-Executive director of Wincanton and was previously non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of SSL International and Zattikka.
