Sidders joins Dominvs as new group CFO
Sidders, who boasts over three decades in property and retail, joins from builder Fairview New Homes, where he was finance director.
PROPERTY asset management company, Dominvs, has appointed Martin Sidders as its CFO.
Sidders, who boasts over three decades in property and retail, joins from builder Fairview New Homes, where he was finance director.
His core responsibilities are set to include supporting the management of the business’s three divisions – commercial, residential and hospitality – as well as overseeing the group’s financial strategy. This will include group accounting, financial management and financial control.
Sidders kicked off his career at PwC and after 11 years at the firm, moved to Dixons Carphone where he spent 15 years as group taxation director, director of tax and treasury and group financial controller. He then joined West Properties (UK) as FD, an active investor and developer of apartments and hotels.
Sukhpal Ahluwalia, chairman of Dominvs, said: “Martin’s financial and leadership background coupled with his strategic capabilities and ability to develop and manage a strong finance organisation make him the ideal fit for us as chief financial officer.”
Dominvs is an Asset Management company with over £250 million of commercial, residential and hospitality properties under management for clients.
