Renewable Energy appoints Alex Bush as FD
Alex Bush joins Renewable Energy board as FD with immediate effect
RENEWABLE Energy Holdings has promoted Alex Bush to the board of directors as finance director with immediate effect, it said in a stock exchange statement.
Bush is already highly familiar with the business, having served as financial controller from 2008 to 2010 and subsequently as finance director and company secretary until 2013, before becoming group FD of Knox Group.
Bush continued working for Renewable Energy Holdings on a part-time basis until he rejoined the company on 10 November 2014.
The Isle of Man-headquartered company also said that following the preliminary hearing with the planning examiner last month, its Mynydd y Gwynt project now moves into the six month examination phase.
Renewable Energy shares closed 9.8% down on Monday at 1.24 pence.
