Williams joins Hays as NED
Law graduate Williams will also join Hays' audit, remuneration and nomination committee
RECRUITMENT firm Hays has appointed Peter Williams as a non-executive board director.
A former group finance director of the Daily Mail & General Trust for 19 years until 2011, Williams is currently a NED of digital sports media outfit, Perform Group, and a trustee of the Royal Academy.
Law graduate Williams will also join Hays’ audit, remuneration and nomination committee.
Alan Thomson, chairman of Hays, said: “Peter has a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to Hays, gained not only from his many years as a FTSE 100 finance director but also across the media and digital market.”
