EXPERIENCED finance chief Neil Morling has joined law firm Olswang as CFO.
Morling, who previously served as CFO of consultancy EC Harris, takes the firm’s top finance role as part of a management overhaul.
Kevin Bye joins as head of strategic development, Sarah Tucker is promoted to HR director, and Stephen Hermer is now the firm’s general counsel and head of acquisitions. Chief executive Paul Stevens said the changes were part of a three-year strategy to improve the business and its processes, reports Legal Week.
Morling spent nearly eight years at EC Harris, helping to build the built asset consultancy to a point where it was sold to ARCADIS in 2011 and then managing its integration. The EC Harris group companies were then disaggregated into ARCADIS, at which point Harris left the business.
