We don't normally feature homes for sale in these pages but we could hardly resist this one. The church tower you see here, thought to have been built by Inigo Jones in about 1634, is now for sale at around #250,000 as a residential/office property right in the shadow of some of the City's more prestigious office buildings.
The building has a number of unusual features - being rebuilt by Wren after the Great Fire is one, being six storeys tall is another. But one advantage not mentioned by estate agents Nelson Bakewell is that it must have one heck of a neighbourhood watch scheme.
The tower stands right in the middle of the road, directly opposite "Wood Street nick", home of the City of London Police. And you get a better class of villain, too.
