Subversive group threatens FDs
An evil organisation is out to undermine the standing of FDs, and all in the name of staff training. This revolutionary group goes under the name of Professional Skills Training, promising revolution in the way people think about business and finance and threatens “to make every employee think about their company in the same way as the financial director”. God forbid that FDs’ exclusive understanding of corporate finance should be challenged in such a fashion.
It sounds like some shadowy Internet-based subversive group. But on the contrary, they have rejected high-tech training in favour of board games.
So there we have it – Monopoly is the hidden threat.
