Shareholders split on vote[QQ] Voters who are also shareholders are evenly split on whether to vote Tory or Labour, according to analysis by MORI expert Dr Roger Mortimer.
His analysis of a poll of 13,649 individuals for The Times reveals that 40% of shareholder voters would cast their ballots for Labour, exactly the same as the proportion who back the Conservatives. Amongst non-shareholders, the split is 27% Tory, 54% Labour.

Under the new system, listed companies will be able to publish all their regulatory announcements through a range of information providers. Opening up the market for competition could save listed companies #5.6m a year.
