Financial Director: still one of the best

Financial Director has again been shortlisted in the ‘Monthly
Business Magazine of the Year’ category in the Periodical Publishers Association
Awards – the ‘Oscars’ of the magazine industry.

This is the third year in a row that Financial Director has been
nominated for this award, which it won in 2004.

Art editor Chris Gardner has been shortlisted in the ‘Designer of the Year
(Business Media)’ category.

Editor Andrew Sawers said, “This is a fantastic honour in our 25th
anniversary year, and real recognition for the huge efforts of the whole team in
achieving great success in editorial, sales, and events.”

Sister title Accountancy Age has been nominated for ‘Business Media
Brand of the Year’.

The winners will be announced at the end of June.
