    LOTTERY management and gaming company The Weather Lottery has appointed John Alec Flitcroft as finance director.

    Flitcroft has held senior finance roles in companies in the technology, internet and service sectors.

    TWL believes that his presence will greatly strengthen the board as it looks at new opportunities in the leisure sector.
