Two chartered accountants join Hansteen board

Rebecca Worthington and Melvyn Egglenton join Hansteen board

REBECCA WORTHINGTON, the former finance director of Quintain Estates has joined real estate investor Hansteen as a non-executive director, alongside fellow chartered accountant Melvyn Egglenton.

They have joined Hansteen’s board with immediate effect.

Worthington [pictured], a chartered accountant with more than 20 years commercial experience having qualified with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand) in 1994, is the former FD and deputy CEO of urban regeneration specialist Quintain Estates and Development. She went on to found and run of Lodestone Capital Partners, which manages and invests in UK real estate assets and debt.

Egglenton fellow of the ICAEW with more than 30 years experience in practice and commerce, having qualified with KPMG in 1976 where he went on to become senior partner at KPMG Birmingham and regional chairman of KPMG Midlands. He is currently Chairman of Pendragon, the UK’s largest motor distributor.
