Former Rothschild FD takes 3i non-exec role

FORMER Rothschild finance director Caroline Banszky has joined the board of 3i as a non-executive director.
Banszky, currently MD of investment trust The Law Debenture Corporation, began her career at Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) where she qualified as a chartered accountant.
She then served as FD at NM Rothschild & Sons before joining Novae Group as COO.
Sir Adrian Montague, 3i chairman (pictured), said Banszky bring a “tremendous amount” of banking, investment and opertinafg experience to the board.
Banszky said: “I am delighted to be joining 3i as it continues to focus on successfully implementing its strategic plan and generating shareholder value.”
