Former Schroders CFO takes Standard Life non-exec role

Kevin Parry expands his portfolio of roles with Standard Life non-executive director position

FORMER Schroders CFO Kevin Parry has been appointed as a non-executive director at Standard Life.

Parry (pictured) spent four years at Schroders as CFO before stepping down 18 months ago. He will serve on Standard Life’s audit and risk & capital committees. He will earn £71,400 in his new role. Parry also serves on ICG’s board as senior independent director and audit committee chairman.

Sir Gerry Grimstone, Standard Life chairman, said: “I am very pleased that Kevin Parry has agreed to join our board. His experience as the chief financial officer of one of the FTSE’s leading asset managers and his broad commercial background make him an ideal addition as we continue to drive forward the development of Standard Life.”

Parry is a former chief executive of Management Consulting Group and a former managing partner with KPMG.
