Ex-KPMGer takes CFO role as Chinese online gambling looms

Clive Hyman takes PCGE CFO role as company looks to grab a slice of the online Chinese gambling market

AN ONLINE gaming company has named a former KPMG partner as CFO, as it looks to grow in the Chinese market.

Clive Hyman, who was a founding partner of KPMG’s transaction services division, has joined PCG Entertainment (PCGE) as CFO.

He worked with a number of major corporate and private equity clients, and founded KPMG’s K-Ventures fund in 1999 to invest in early-stage propositions. Having left KPMG in 2005 he set up his own consultancy and had a spell as interim CEO/CFO at Candy and Candy.

He became a consultant to Black Swan in April 2013 and has been the CFO of Wishbone Gold since September 2013.

CEO Nick Bryant said: “We’re delighted to have on board a big hitter like Clive. He is a huge asset to the operations of PCGE and his consummate governance experience brings further strong guidance to our team.”
