Go-Ahead Group FD joins Topps Tiles board as audit chair
Go-Ahead Group finance director Keith Down to chair audit committee of tile specialist
THE finance director of travel operator Go-Ahead Group has joined the board of tile maker Topps Tiles.
Keith Down, group finance director at Go-Ahead Group since March 2011, will chair Topps Tiles’ audit committee with effect from 2 February 2015.
Michael Jack, chairman of Topps Tiles, said: “Keith is an excellent appointment for Topps. His combination of financial skills and broad based experience of customer-facing businesses will be of great value to the board as it shapes Topps future strategic ambitions.”
At the same time as he joins the board, Down will be appointed as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees.
