MOBILE COMMERCE COMPANY PROXAMA has appointed CFO John Kennedy as interim CEO until a permanent successor is found for Neil Garner who is resigning from the CEO role.
Kennedy will retain his CFO duties during the transition period, while Garner will remain on the board until a successor is found.
Chairman David Bailey stated the pleased Kennedy is stepping up to the CEO role during what is an important period for the company.
Bailey said: “John and the executive team have had a positive influence on the business since the turn of the year, particularly in driving the process of integration and commercialisation of our products across the business. John’s appointment is a natural extension of the activity he has already been undertaking.”
In March, Proxama’s managing director & chief commercial officer Miles Quitmann, quit from the board with immediate effect.
