Rothschild head joins PwC corporate restructuring team

Dick was most recently head of Rothschild's debt advisory and restructuring practice in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand

PWC has strengthened its financial restructuring offering to corporates with the appointment of a new partner.

Alistair Dick joins the Big Four firm from Rothschild and will lead PwC’s corporate financial restructuring team, where he will be responsible for helping to grow that offering.

Dick was most recently head of Rothschild’s debt advisory and restructuring practice in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He also spent over six years in Rothschild’s European debt advisory and restructuring team based in London and has a background in natural resources project finance and acquisition finance.
