ANDREW HERBERT, the former chief financial officer of Domino Printing Sciences, has joined the board of inkjet printing business Xaar.
He joins the technology group board on 1 June 2016 and will also serve as chair of the audit committee (effective 1 October 2016) and as a member of the remuneration and nomination committees.
He has extensive experience in the global digital printing industry following a 30 year career with Domino Printing Sciences, working both in the UK and the US.
Herbert was group CFO of Domino Printing Sciences from 1998 to 2015 during which time he helped expand the business geographically through acquisition and creation of sales channels, and helped broaden the product range via acquisition of technology based businesses.
