AIM-LISTED Ubisense Group has announced the appointment of Tim Gingell as chief financial officer with effect from 9 August 2016.
Gingell has worked at the company since February 2015, as interim CFO and company secretary since July 2015.
He has over 25 years of commercial and financial experience across the software, wireless and telecoms industries and held leadership positions at i2 / IBM, The Cloud Networks and MFS / WorldCom having qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in London.
Gingell holds a beneficial interest in 40,000 ordinary shares in the company, which represents approximately 0.1% of the company’s issued share capital.
