Real estate services provider JLL has named its next UK chief financial officer following the promotion of incumbent CFO Richard Howling to UK chief operating officer.
Chartered accountant James Gregory has been appointed UK CFO as Howling takes up his new role.
Gregory, who joins from Xchanging, has varied experience in divisional CFO roles and “significant financial, commercial and corporate M&A experience working across Europe”.
Xchanging was recently acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation, into which Gregory managed the financial integration of the business.
At Xchanging, Gregory worked within a substantial financial services business, primarily formed as joint ventures with two global investment institutions. After two years in Frankfurt and Milan he joined the London-based global insurance services business, partnering with Lloyd’s of London, helping to enable digitisation.
