Karen Witts is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and chartered accountant with a strong background in finance and management across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Kingfisher, she served as Chief Financial Officer, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Asia Pacific for Vodafone plc and before that spent 11 years in Finance Director and General Management roles at BT. Karen has also worked in companies including Diageo and Mars. She is a non-executive director of Imperial Brands plc and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
