BDO’S NEW senior partner is Mark Bomer, a corporate finance specialist in the London office.
He comes to the role following a 25-year career with the firm, during which he moved to Paris to set up a corporate finance practice in the French office and spent ten years there, becoming partner in 1994.
Managing partner Simon Michaels said: “I am delighted to announce Mark Bomer’s appointment as senior partner. He has already made a considerable contribution to BDO’s success over the years and I look forward to working with him in the next exciting phase of [our] development.”
Bomer takes over from retiree Simon Bevan, who joined the firm in 1981 and was made partner seven years later, as well as being chair of its audit committee.
