Fiona Hotston Moore takes Reeves role

Former Crowe Clark Whitehill partner takes similar role in Reeves’ London office

REEVES has recruited former Crowe Clark Whitehill partner Fiona Hotston Moore as corporate partner for its London-based office.

Moore was previously head of London corporate business at CCW where she developed the office and won new clients in the UK and overseas for the top 20 firm.

Prior to that, she was managing partner at MRI Moores Rowland, which merged with Mazars in 2007 and where she took a partner role.

However, at the end of 2010, Moore launched a sexual discrimination claim against the firm and along with three other partners also filed a claim for unpaid funds from Mazars. All these legal disputes were settled in June last year for an undisclosed sum.

Clive Stevens, managing partner at Reeves, said: “Reeves has ambitious plans to develop its range of services and grow its presence in the corporate and private client sector in London and throughout the south east as well as internationally.

“Fiona has an extremely strong track record in building practices and business development. Her substantial experience in audit, outsourcing, corporate finance and expert witness work provides an incredible opportunity for us to increase our presence within the London market.”

Accountancy Age revealed in June that Moore was leaving CCW.

She takes up her role on 1 September.
