RENÉ MÉDORI, finance director of Anglo American, has joined the board of international oil and gas provider Petrofac as a non-executive director.
Médori has held the role of FD since September 2005, having previously worked as group FD of The BOC Group between June 2000 and May 2005.
“René has considerable international financial experience in relevant industries and a well-established knowledge of governance and regulatory matters,” said Norman Murray, Petrofac’s chairman.
