THE CHIEF financial officer of Swiss-based Myriad Group has joined the board of Synchronica after reached the required shareholder approval to acquire the UK mobile messaging company.
James Bodha, who has served as CFO of Myriad since September 2009, has been appointed executive director as part of a board overhaul that sees the departure of David Mason and Michael Jackson.
Myriad has been in discussions with Synchronica since early November – and announced the terms of its offer on 31 January 2012.
