THE CFO OF Laing O’Rourke has joined Babcock International as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 November 2012.
Anna Stewart, who has worked at Laing O’Rourke since 1982, will also serve as a member of the remuneration, nominations and audit & risk committees of the board.
Babcock International chairman Mike Turner said: “I am delighted that Anna has agreed to join us and believe that her extensive experience of commercial and international business operations in particular will be of great value to Babcock.”
