CONSTRUCTION and property consultancy Sweett Group has a new CFO.
Patrick Sinclair, who joined the group in 2012 as group FC, has been promoted to the board role.
Sinclair qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in 2001. He was previously head of finance at Penna, a regional FD at NCP and financial controller at Danone.
He takes over from Chris Goscomb, who retires from the group, having joined in 2007 and served as CFO since 2009.
Michael Henderson, chairman of Sweett Group, said: “Chris has been an important influence on the Board and his corporate knowledge will be sadly missed. I thank Chris for his services to the group and wish him all the best in the future. I am delighted to welcome Patrick to the board and wish him every success on his appointment as chief financial officer.”
