Interserve FD to chair Tarsus audit committee
Tim Haywood joins B2B media group as a non-exec
FTSE 250 FD Tim Haywood has taken a non-executive role at B2B media group Tarsus.
Haywood (pictured), who served as FD of support services business Interserve, will chair Tarsus’ audit committee and join its remuneration, nomination and disclosure committees.
Haywood joined Interserve in 2010, having served as FD of St Modwen Properties from 2003.
Neville Buch, Tarsus chairman, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tim to Tarsus. His background and experience will be extremely valuable to the board as we continue the group’s ‘Quickening the Pace’ strategy.”
