A MAJOR BOARD reorganisation is to take place at 4imprint, the international direct marketer of promotional products, following the group’s successful disposal of its non-core businesses, Brand Addition and SPS.
The 4imprint business is now made up of its US direct marketing business which generates 96% of group revenue, together with a small UK subsidiary, both managed from Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
From 31 March 2015, Kevin Lyons-Tarr, the chief executive of the direct marketing business and an existing board member, will be appointed as 4imprint chief executive. He will continue to be based in the USA.
4imprint’s group finance director role will now be based in the USA, but ‘an appropriate plc accounting function together with the corporate services director and company secretary’ will be retained in the UK.
Gillian Davies, 4imprint’s current group FD, will leave the business on 31 March 2015 after informing the board that she does not wish to relocate to Wisconsin. She joined the company in 2004.
David Seekings, chief financial officer of the direct marketing business since 2000 will, become group FD on 31 March 2015.
John Poulter, the executive chairman, will become non-executive chairman at “an appropriate point later in 2015”.
The board said it intends to make an additional NED appointment in the New Year.
The group’s results are now reported in US dollars.
