THE finance director of developer St. Modwen Properties has agreed to leave the company, the regeneration specialist said.
Michael Dunn, group finance director at St. Modwen since 2010, will remain with the company until 31 May 2015, or earlier if mutually agreed. A search for his successor, which will consider both internal and external candidates, has already begun.
For the year to 31 May 2014, St. Modwen reported a 32% profit before tax to £51.3m.
“The business is financially strong and well positioned for the future with an excellent team in place,” Dunn said. “The time is now right for me to spend more time with my young family.”
