Fotheringham takes up CFO role at asset business JTC

Martin Fotheringham takes the top finance job at investment firm

FORMER Moody International CFO Martin Fotheringham has joined financial institution JTC as group CFO.

Fotheringham, an ICAS-qualified accountant, has served with a number of senior finance roles, including terms at Danwood, Bureau Veritas, PwC The Thompson Corporaiton and Deloitte.

He makes the move from the UK to Jersey, with his partner Lucy, to work in his new role.

Fotheringham said: “Whilst the firm has achieved great success in recent years, it is clearly set on maintaining its momentum and I am excited to be a part of that journey.”

Nigel Le Quesne, CEO and Chairman of JTC Group, said: “Looking to 2015 and beyond, I am delighted to welcome Martin to our team as we maintain a focus on our strategic expansion. His experience in overseeing organic growth, acquisitions and building alliances will be crucial in this respect.”

JTC currently oversees £25bn and operates across 17 jurisdictions.
