Sheratt will continue to work in her current role full time role, two days per week, until the end of the year to help with the transition process.

She said: “I think the end of this year is the right moment for me to move on and hand over responsibility to a new CFO, who is able to be in the business five days per week at this critical time to help deliver the exciting growth plans ahead.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my seven years with the Crawshaw business and I am very pleased with what we have achieved over this time.”

CEO, Noel Collett, said of Sheratt’s departure: “We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Lynda for her valued contribution over the last seven years with the group and wish her the very best for the future.”
