Fox Marble appoints new CFO

AIM-QUOTED natural stone extraction company Fox Marble has announced Candice Sutherland as chief financial officer with effect from 1 August 2015.

Sutherland is a graduate of Rhodes University in South Africa and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2007.

Since relocating to London in 2009, she has accrued more than four years’ experience with various AIM-listed entities, and most recently was the group financial controller for Dentsu Aegis Network UK.

Chairman Andrew Allner said: “We are delighted to welcome Candice to the board.”

Sutherland will replace Fiona Hadfield on the board, who has resigned to take care of her young family.

Hadfield will remain with the company until 1 September 2015 to facilitate a smooth transition and handover of the role.

Allner added: “We would like to take the opportunity to thank Fiona for her contribution to the board and her dedicated service to the Company during her successful tenure as CFO.”
